20 Adern used continuous pickling line

STAKU

Description

HCL continuous wire pickling line, 20-strand

The system works according to the flood tank principle, i.e. a lower tank for storing the medium with built-in pumps and the flood tank above for wire treatment. The flood tank is closed with flaps above it. The flood tank is divided into 2×10 wires by a centre bar. Each side of the flood tray can be filled separately.
Wire treatment:
The wire passes through the flood tank over a distance of approx. 8 metres, whereby the wire surface is pickled.
The vapours and gases resulting from the bath temperatures must be fed into an extraction filter system on site. The vapours are extracted through an extraction duct attached to the rear, which is installed on the on-site extraction system.
